These terms and conditions apply to all services on the betwayusa platform — including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Betting, and other gaming services. betwayusa operates as a licensed entity under the applicable regulatory authority.

These terms act as a legal agreement between betwayusa and the user, and take effect as soon as you register or begin using the platform.

Betwayusa serves users in Bangladesh specifically. However, users from regions where online gaming is fully prohibited are not eligible to use this service.

To open an account with betwayusa, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum age 18 years of age. A national ID may be requested for age verification if needed.
• Each person Only one may open an account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. betwayusa will not be held liable for any issues arising from sharing your credentials with others.
• The mobile number linked to your account must remain active.

After registration, betwayusa may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

The following payment methods are accepted at betwayusa:

Deposited funds are for betting use only. betwayusa is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from betwayusa:

• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500।
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳1,00,000. A separate limit applies for VIP members.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

If suspicious activity is detected, betwayusa reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals pending verification.

Betwayusa offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page. General rules include:

• Wagering Requirement: As a general rule, the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited.
• Minimum Odds: Bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count towards wagering requirements.
• Sports Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific sports.
• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with one another unless explicitly stated.

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets at betwayusa:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — though the cash out feature may be available in certain cases.
• Odds are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, betwayusa reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or does not take place within the scheduled time, the bet will be void and the stake will be refunded.
• In an accumulator bet, if one selection is void, the odds for that selection will be counted as 1.00.

Special rules apply to live betting. In the event of an internet disconnection, betwayusa's log will serve as the definitive record of whether a bet was processed or not.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betwayusa and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or placing artificial bets.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Use of automated betting software or bots.
• Unauthorized modification of or hacking attempts on the platform's software.
• Logging into another user's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Depositing via money laundering or illegal funds.

Betwayusa believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we provide the following tools, completely free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set limits on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Loss Limit: The session ends automatically once a set loss limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a 24-hour break at any time.
• Reality Check: You can receive reminders showing how long you've been playing in a session.

Betwayusa may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is established.

• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months).
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

Any remaining balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless the account was closed due to fraud.

Betwayusa's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount held in the user's account under any circumstances.

Betwayusa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. When changes are made:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
